New guesthouse with amazing views! You can see the mountains directly from the balcony. The owners were very nice. We also had a very good breakfast for a very reasonable price. There's a parking on-site with few places. Everything is new and clean.

The location requires a car. If you don't have your own car, you will need taxi each time you go to/from Mestia center and it's an unpaved road, so going by taxi back and forth will cost a lot. This should be mentioned in the property's description.

The facility and rooms are very clean, the bathroom was very clean, it is a family business, we liked it very much, we stayed for 2 nights, but the location is not exactly accurate, contact the business or use Yandex maps for the exact location, the rooms open to a common balcony, you have to go up a steep road a bit far from the center.

Добрые хозяева. В номере чисто и комфортно. Хороший вид на горы. Машину, если это не внедорожник стоит оставить за метров 300 до точки.

Шикарное расположение отеля,специально выбирали с видом на Местию.В отеле и номерах очень чисто.Приветливый хозяин,был все время на связи.

Сложно найти отель,навигатор приводит в другое место,указателей мало,хорошо подсказала девушка из другой гостиницы.Крутой подъем к гостинице по гравийной дороге,на седане будет проблематично.Нет тапочек одноразовых,учитывайте это.Нет ужина в отеле,мы взяли еду из ресторана и расположились на балконе с шикарным видом.
