Incredible view! Clean and spacious room, super friendly host.

Location is great because it’s a bit far from the center of Mestia so you can enjoy the piece and calmness of nature. The view is top notch - you can see Mestia and mountains from the balcony. All facilities are new, you can also find hot water with coffee and tea in the lounge area.

I would recommend to add a shower curtain and squeegee as the shower isn’t separated from the toilet so everything gets wet. The WiFi isn’t fast and goes on and off from time to time (I guess it’s a typical thing for Mestia as we had the same issue in another hotel. They accept only cash for payment. Better to have a car if you stay there as it’s located uphill and a bit far from cafes and shops.

It was clean. The location has much potential, it’s beautiful and when there are no parties going on it’s quiet.

The owner of the guesthouse organised a party the first night we were staying there. I honestly don’t know what he was thinking, having guests on the second floor and organising a party which went on until 1 in the morning. The party ended only thanks to my husband, who went downstairs to complain. However, after he complained the party went on for another half an hour and when finally the loud women (despite no less than 5 kids the women were the loudest, literally screaming all the time) finally decided to leave, they slammed the front door twice I thought the house would collapse. We could not rest before the next day hiking we had planned, even if we paid, in my honest opinion, a lot of money to rest in a quiet place which wasn’t quiet at all. I wish at least the owner would have apologised the next day, which he didn’t. He simply asked “you couldn’t sleep last night because of me, could you?”.. Also: as everybody wrote in their comments the house is hard to find and the road is not up to just any car. If you want to go out and have dinner in the evening you will have to go down to Mestia by car, since there is no light on the way to the house and the risk of tripping, most probably on cow poo, is quite high. The house is new, however for some reason the bathroom was projected with no real shower, just the tap and the floor, that’s it. Not comfortable at all. Other minor issues could be the slow wi-fi and the Shared balconies with only 4 chairs for three double rooms, keep this in mind if you are planning to relax on the balcony in the evening.

The view from the room and terrace is the best you can get in Mestia. The room is new and comfortable. Our hosts were super nice and helpful. Coffee and tea are available in he lobby. Shower stream embraces your body

It takes some effort to get there. But it is worth it. The hotel is new, so here and there, some details should be taken care of. But I wouldn't worry about that.

Very cosy and spacious, well equipped room with beautiful view. Hosts are welcoming and helpful. It's the perfect place to relax. I highly recommend Panorama Kakhri.

The room size is good and tye view from the room is nice.

The location is a liitle bit far from the city and the onwer will stay at the first floor sometime when you want something it hard to cantact the owner.
