"Panorama" Kakhri

Modern clean room with great views. Rooms were exactly as in the pictures.

Access to the property is not the easiest. Hosts were not really welcoming but maybe because we only spoke English which they did not

Perfect facility and in the future when they will finish everything will be magic place with beautifull view to the city. Delicious home made breakfast!!

Hard to find and the road to hotel is better for 4wd cars or jeep. If you are driving standard car be carefull but this minus is not guest house responsibility

*The arrival : you have to go thru a gravel road. It is not well indicated and the adress was wrong on google maps. When we arrived, no one was there and nobody around we didnt know if we where at the right place *The house is under construction so it is not a nice athmosphere. *it is not insonorised- very noisy (kids of the house + neighboor of room) *no water / no electricity - the Lady told us it was in the whole city but we figured she was laying. Didnt had shower after a long day of trekking * the price : way tout expensive for what we got (we took another night somewhere else in mestia- with way better value/money) *not so clean Would not recommend this hotel at all

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The view from my room was breathtaking and you could see Mestia. The staff was friendly and attentive. Most importantly, room was very clean. Highly recommended.

Incredibly magnificant view from the window and balcony. Nice style. Super hospitality (delicious home-made cake)

Very friendly and helpful owner. Very clean and spacious rooms with amazing mountain view. Biggest breakfast variety is available and so delicious too. P.S.: Can pick you up and drop you anywhere too :))
