Къщата е прекрасна и на много достъпна цена получавате всичко необходимо да си прекарате времето там все едно сте си вкъщи.Йоанна е наистина много приветлива и усмихната домакиня ,коята се е постарала за всеки детайл.Благодарим за всичко!

The house was spotlessly clean and there were lots of treats, beverages(from water to wine; from greek coffee to filter coffee), toiletries provided by the host Ioanna. The house was decorated nicely with lots of decorations. Above all Ioanna's warm welcome and suggestions about town made our stay unforgettable. The location of the house is up in the hills of Kavala but it was not a problem as taxis costed around 5 euros max. We would recommend this place to all who wants to visit Kavala.

Its not a dislike but there are around 20 steps from the street to the house. If there is an elderly and/or toddler, this may be a bit challenging.

The property is excellent and equipped with everything one could possibly need from kitchen devices to a thoughtful welcome kit.

The place is airless, cozy, and incredibly well-prepared.

The warm communication she established while we were still on our way home was a sure sign that our entire holiday would be a delight. Being greeted with ice-cold water as soon as we arrived was worth it. Aside from the snacks, breakfast items, and drinks Ioanna left at home as a gift, all the toiletries and other essentials for our daily needs were of a level of detail we couldn't even imagine. Every corner of the house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very practical. The beautifully furnished veranda, adorned with flowers and overlooking the sea, became our place of choice for spending all our time. We had rented a house in Kavala a year ago but experienced some issues due to some missing items. This time, we were cautious and packed a lot of supplies, but we didn't need any of them. Everything was available, from ironing water and toothpaste to coffee pots and insect repellent, irons and hairspray. Considering the challenging streets in Kavala, we can say we had no problems parking. A huge thank you to Ioanna and her husband, who were always just a phone call away, always helpful, cheerful, friendly, and genuine, and for being wonderful hosts. This is the most beautiful, clean and very tasteful house we have stayed on! Sincere thanks to Joanna, who welcomed us with thousands of goodies and a bottle of white wine! We will come back here again!

Къщата беше много чиста и приятна! Посрещнаха ни сърдечно, като жената беше оставила храна и напитки за пристигащите - изключително гостоприемна. Беше много мила и отговаряше на всичките ни въпроси. Къщата беше широка и не ни липсваха удобства. Не сме изпитвали затруднения с паркирането. Препоръчвам!

Къщичката се намира на пешеходно разстояние около 20 минути по стълби до морския бряг.

Harika tertemiz ve çok güzel döşenmiş bir ev. Ev sahibesinin karşılaması çok sıcak ve samimi. Ayrıca ilk eve girdiğinizde masada sizi bekleyen bir şişe şarap , atıştırmalıklar ve buzdolabındaki buz gibi sular incelik ile düşünülmüş harika ayrıntılar idi. Evin merkeze yakınlığı bizce çok iyi , otopark sorunu yok. Merkeze arabanız ile iner iseniz hemen şehir içinde Municipial Agora parking adında bir otopark var akşam saat 22⁰⁰'a kadar açık ve ücreti 4 Euro çok kullanışlı. Ayrıca şehrin doğu tarafında küçük mendirek içindeki 3-4 restoran çok iyi, arabanız ile gidip kolayca park yeri bulabilirsiniz. Kısaca booking com aracılığı ile gittiğim açık ara en iyi konaklama yeri idi. Verendanın güzelliği ve orada bize güzelim İstanbul'u aratmayan bir iki sevimli kediden de bahsetmeden geçmiyeyim.
