No tenía ni una percha para colgar la ropa, no había donde ponerla. Y las fundas de la cama tenían manchas amarillas.

Det lukter rått, fuktig og sure sko når vi kom. Det lille som var av kjøkkenutstyr var skittent/uapetittelig. Kjøkkenet var også mer falleferdig enn det som kom frem på bilder, planken mot gulvet ramlet ned hver gang vi åpnet kjøleskapet. En kjøkkendør til søppelskapet var borte og det var tydelige fuktskader på kjøkkeninnredningen. Flere planker i senga hadde ramlet ut så vi måtte montere plankene før vi fikk lagt oss. Det var skittent i skuffer som sengetøy og dyner lå i, masse hårballer i sengetøyet når vi skulle re opp. Det ene vinduet i leiligheten hadde søppeltønnene rett utenfor, så når forbipasserende kastet søppel fra kl. 6/7 om morgenen våknet vi fordi vi sov 30cm unna restavfallet. Ikke som forventet.

Huone oli hyvin epäsiisti, lattia oli kulunut puhki. Keittiön työpöydän lattialistoja oli irti, keittiön allaskaapin etuosa puuttui kokonaan ja putkisto näkyi, sekä sen vieressä oli toinen paneeli irti josta näkyi tiskikoneen putket ja joku säkki. Huoneessa oli muurahaisongelma, muurahaisia oli kaikkialla, keittiön pöydillä. Vaatelipaston alimmassa laatikossa oli hometta. Avattavan vuodesohvan kaksi poikkilautaa patjan alla oli irti ja puuttuivat ja se tuntui patjan läpi. Vessa ja suihku oli epämukava ja ahdas. Suihkun rajaavan lattiakynnyksen toisella puolella ei ollut lattiakaivoa, ja suihkun jälkeen vessan puoleinen lattia jäi märäksi pitkäksi aikaa kun vettä ei voinut lastata kynnyksen yli lattiakaivoon, ja sukat kastuivat aina kun kävi vessassa. WC pönttö oli ahtaasti aivan suihkun vieressä ja siihen kerääntyi lätäkkö suihkun vedestä kahdeksi päiväksi suihkun jälkeen. Suihkusta loppui myös kuuma vesi, ja piti käydä jääkylmässä suihkussa. Huone ei todellakaan ollut hintansa arvoinen, hinnan olisi pitänyt olla 1/3 siitä mitä maksoimme.

Close to the City Center. Other than that it was a horrible place to stay.

There were ants everywhere in the apartment. They even put up 5-6 bugtraps in every room. So that means that they knew about this problem and still chose to rent it out without notifying us beforehand. As this would never have been our stay of choice, had we known. Ants woke us up at night as they were crawling on us repeatedly throughout the night, every night. It had a foul smell when we first entered, both the pillows and blankets were dirty to our surprise and not to mention, big disappointment the washing machine did not work at all and when we asked about this she told us it was on the floor above us which only led us to another set of rental flats...

We chose to live in Skuteviksveien 42 in Bergen because of its good location, going to Bryggen, Bergen Cathedral, & Floibanen Funicular, all of which are within walking distance.

The house is old and the facilities are worn out. It really needs a renovation. There is a slope in front of the gate, only temporary parking to load and unload luggage. Parking needs to turn a few hundred meters to the right of a public fee parking lot, walk to the parking lot to walk uphill. This is a normal residential building, we live on the 2nd floor, and we have neighbors both upstairs and downstairs. The entrance gate is a narrow aisle with a few buggies, and the stairs are steep, making it inconvenient to carry suitcases up and down the stairs. In addition, the quality of toilet paper is very poor.

Location

Bed blankets dirty, cleaniness not so good

The location is very convenient for entering the center of Bergen and a full range of activities. Unfortunately this was the only thing to like about the flat.

The studio apartment is poorly maintained with a number of broken or poorly functioning appliances; I submitted a list of what is need of urgent repair. I never had a response from the owner.
