Clean cosy owner had thought of everything we would need ,it was located just where you're close for most visits to other places such as Bakewell, chatsworth house, Breton ,eyam museum 2min walk from the nook where we stayed 😀

There were nothing we did not like , the hospitality was perfect 👌

It was very cozy,clean and beautifully decorated. The views from the room were amazing. It had a fully equipped kitchen in case we wanted to cook. Felicity was super friendly and helpful. She had provided us with different types of duvets and also a fan to accommodate for the random weather which was very thoughtful.

I loved the host, Felicity went way above and beyond! My friend and I arrived very late as we are both teachers, this was not an issue. Breakfast was incredible and totally unexpected for a self-catering style accommodation setup. The location was very quiet, but not far from the village centre with a pub and tea rooms. Parking was provided on site and easy enough to get in and out of. The views from the window were stunning.

Perfect hosts: so friendly, helpful and kind. Apartment was lovely, very well-appointed and the bed was SO comfy; bathroom and kitchen were great. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, Felicity and Gary. Breakfasts cooked to order, in their adjoining property, and brought into the apartment kitchen for guests is a lovely touch and the food was delicious. Every need appears to have been catered for. Views were amazing and the large variety of birdsong was delightful to hear. We have loved our stay! Thanks, Felicity, for looking after us so well.

The accommodation was super lovely, cosy and clean! Felicity, the host, was so welcoming and made delicious breakfast for us that set off our day wonderfully! The view from the window looked like a painting. Eyam is well worth a visit!

Very welcoming hosts. Excellent breakfast choices and arrangement. Very clean. Lovely location and views. Comfortable bed. Nice to have whole apartment with kitchen. It was good to have on-site parking, but it could be tight for a large vehicle.

Although it is nice to have a sofa in the room, it was not easy to sit on comfortably. Although the shower was perfectly functional, it was a bit underwhelming compared to the quality of the rest of the apartment.

The property was spotless and very comfortable and exceeded expectations. Excellent facilities. The host was very friendly yet proffessional and would do all she could to help. Would throughly recommend.
