Apartment waa fabulous

Overall, this was a perfect property for us, we were a family for 4 and there were two large bedrooms one ensuite, two balconies, one road front & one at the back. This apartment is on the ground floor which I loved. It doesn't have a pool view as its about a 1 min walk to the pool, which is not an issue at all. This is a very quiet area and I loved sitting out the front in the morning with a coffee. The apartment itself had everything you would need which was great. The pool area is fab and the pool is heated which was an added bonus. There are plenty of beds available and to be fair although the pool area opens at 9.00am, most people didn't arrive down until between 10.00am and 10.30.am, it was very relaxed in that sense. It was about a 5 min walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. Our flight was delayed and we got in about 12:40am, as our keys were at the resort reception I had emailed our hosts to let them know and they were very quick to respond and organize with security the key pick up. I didn't realize it but in Luz, after 12 midnight, its security who man reception so its important if you are late arriving to let your hosts know if you are picking up keys. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Baia Da Luz.

There was nothing.

Location great 5 mins walk to beach and restaurants. Pool was better than expected. Plenty of sun beds and separate pool for adults and families. We had a couple of issues - one of the showers wasn’t working properly, but this was sorted out incredibly quickly - just a few hours. Brilliant and unexpected response.

It was all great.

This was our fourth time in Praia da Luz and our second in this apartment - love the complex and swimming pool etc. The apartment itself is very nice and had everything we needed. The host also provided a travel cot and a high chair at no additional cost - thank you for this.

One of the singles beds either has broken slats or missing slats and is very uncomfortable to sleep in. We were lucky that we only needed one of the two single beds, I would have been very annoyed if someone had to sleep in that bed for two weeks - very uncomfortable. It definitely needs to be replaced. Otherwise, loved the apartment.
