Clean and spacious. Great facilities. Washing machine and dishwasher available. Heated pool a few metres away.

No beach or hill view from either terrace, but it is surrounded by trees at the back.

Very comfortable and walking distance from a very nice beach.

It was very disappointing that the air conditioning did not work during the whole week. I signaled the problem to the contact person on the second day of our stay. On the third day, someone passed by and confirmed that it was not working, but afterwards nothing happened. I insisted on the fourth day to know when the reparation would take place, but only got vague replies. In any case, the air conditioning did not work during the whole of our stay and in the last 3 days it became very hard to be in the apartment and, in particular, to sleep as the temperature rose. I cannot accept that in such an expensive apartment the air conditioning is not quickly repaired. It is even more regrettable that no one even tried to propose a temporary solution (a "mobile" air conditioning, for example) or, at the very least, a significant reduction in the price of our stay.

Clean with great facilities

Nothing about the property, only issue is that the pool doesn’t allow inflatables in the children’s pool which is not great for kids enjoying themselves!

This was our third time in Luz and we loved it. The apartment is great, loved that it has a full kitchen and washing machine. Its part of the Baia resort so you have access to the pools, playground and tennis courts. Loved the walk to the beach and restaurants to get us moving each day and not too long of a walk - my 19 month old baby loved the walk to the beach. The apartment was very clean and the host provided a baby cot and high chair at no extra cost - thank you. The high chair did need a good clean though on arrival but everything else was clean.
