De inrichting was fantastisch! Het was een hele belevenis waar we van hebben genoten. Jammer dat we maar een nachtje verbleven. Bij aankomst was er nog een high tea met heerlijke thee en snacks. En nog een nek massage!

De wijn in het restaurant was het enige minpuntje. Alles was verder perfect!

Everything about this hotel is exceptional: from the staff to the food to the pool. The environment is stunning and they offer a free afternoon tea every afternoon. I got two massages during my stay and thoroughly recommend those as well. Simply magnificent. You must go to Malang simply to stay here.

Abbiamo adorato questa struttura: più che un hotel, sembra quasi un museo, elegante, curato in ogni dettaglio e sviluppato su più piani con spazi davvero affascinanti. La spa è stata il vero fiore all’occhiello: uno dei migliori massaggi che abbia mai ricevuto. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile; abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di lasciare le valigie in struttura dopo il check-out, un’attenzione che ci ha reso tutto più semplice. Molto apprezzata anche la pulizia quotidiana della camera e l’attenzione verso gli ospiti: per il mio compleanno mi hanno fatto trovare una tortina in camera, un gesto davvero speciale. Inoltre, la struttura organizza anche tour per il Monte Bromo, servizio molto comodo per chi desidera visitare la zona.
