[Centro Storico] Spina Green House

Lock boxes easily accessible. There were two so initially it was a little confusing. Apartment was spacious and airy. Excellent location south of the river equal distance between the station and the tower.

Although spacious there was no obvious place to open suitcases without creating an obstacle course. Also a coffee machine was provided but no coffee capsules. We were only staying 2 nights so not worth buying some. Whilst the terrace was a nice touch, because the gardens immediately adjacent were very overgrown you were plagued by mosquitoes which gave particularly nasty bites. I’m 6 days past our stay and the welt on my leg is still really red, angry and itchy

Vicinanza al centro storico e alla stazione

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato lenzuola sporche (sembrava non le avessero cambiate) e letto rotto. C’era polvere in tutta la stanza e la pulizia non era stata adeguatamente eseguita. Inoltre siamo stati costretti a farci la doccia fredda poiché la caldaia era spenta ed il boiler scarico, soltanto al mattino seguente abbiamo potuto farci una doccia decente. Per poter dialogare con la struttura siamo stati costretti a contattare Booking, poiché non riuscivamo a contattare l’host, che ci ha risposto soltanto dopo molte ore. Successivamente l’host si è reso sempre disponibile e ha provveduto a farci cambiare le lenzuola, anche se siamo stati costretti ad attendere fuori dalla stanza poiché non avevano i doppioni della chiave! Non consiglio quindi il soggiorno in questa struttura.

La posizione

C’era un topo in casa e un fortissimo odore di muffa ed umidità, il giardino una giungla e quindi infestato di zanzare ed insetti

The location was very nice and easily accessible.

It was not good value for money. We stayed for 6 nights and there was no vacuum cleaner to clean the room. I saw spiders also in the room and was but scared to stay but we payed a lot for that kinda room.

It was in a very good location, walkable distance to almost everything. The bed was comfortable. We got every utility that we needed.

The bed was comfortale, however the pillows were a bit too big and my neck hurt from them. Also the bathroom door didn’t stay shut just if you hook it from inside, so cold came in from there. The heater and aircon didn’t really warm up the place so it was very cold. And sadly there was an endless noise coming from some sort of air went that turned on and off non stop, so it was hard to sleep.

15min walk from apartment to Pisa tower and a 10min walk to town Apartment was clean and very close to train station which was helpful

The outside area has a lot of greenery so be careful with the mosquitoes
