Our family of four had an absolutely wonderful stay at THE HIVE, Wayanad, and it was an experience we will cherish for a long time. Perched beautifully on a hilltop, the resort offers a serene and quaint atmosphere with breathtaking views all around. The rooms are spacious yet incredibly cozy, spotlessly maintained, and the balcony overlooking the lush greenery is simply magical. Waking up to that view every morning was a treat in itself. What truly sets THE HIVE apart is its exceptional hospitality. A special mention goes to Tessy, who guided us from the moment we were trying to locate the resort and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. In fact, all the wonderful ladies managing the resort deserve appreciation for their genuine care and friendly smiles. Being vegetarians, we were delighted by the thoughtful service at the restaurant. The manager went out of the way to ensure that every breakfast, lunch, and dinner was delicious, wholesome, and satisfying. It was evident that guest comfort was their top priority. A heartfelt thanks to Prosenjit Das, the naturalist, who took us on a delightful nature walk, sharing his knowledge of the local flora and fauna while also clicking some amazing photographs that will remain treasured memories of our trip. We would also like to applaud the drivers, who tirelessly ferried us up and down the steep terrain with cheerful smiles and incredible patience, making every ride pleasant and effortless. A big thank you to the entire team at THE HIVE for making our stay in Wayanad so memorable. From the stunning location and cozy accommodation to the warm hospitality and personalized care, everything was simply outstanding. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this beautiful retreat to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway amidst nature.

The service and the location is worth the price.

This is a decent property. This place is on top of the hill and very green. But definately not a five star property. Very less common space in this resort. Walking inside the resort also not possible due to very steep walk way and road inside the property. Breakfast is average and food options for lunch / dinner are very limited. Staff are friendly and well behaved. Cottages are decent and big in size. But not laxurious and no refrigerator in room. You will see big crowd of family tourists in this place.

Very less common area in this resort. No place to walk around due to very steep roads inside the property. Limited food options. Full of middle class family crowd and some of them lack civic sense. No refrigerator in the cottage. Frequent power cuts.

The Hive Wayanad will definitely surprise you in an exciting way. The interior road and the car ride up hill from the reception feels like an adventure ride. Our was a Wild cottage room, which was amazingly large in size. We found all the staff very polite and helpful. Adventure activities inside the property are good enough to keep you engaged for a day or two.

The cottage balcony should be covered by nets for protection from monkeys.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating

Location is a bit far from centre. But that's also a good part because you get great scenic views of the forest from room
