Rooms have the opportunity to improve

The resort is the best for quite and beautiful stay. The overall hospitality was top-notch — the team made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The rooms were clean, cozy with balcony overlooking to greenery. Though the internal resort roads are steep, they made sure to enquire if we have any senior citizens with us to ensure if we need adjacent rooms to restaurant. They do have few sessions like cookery, tea tasting etc that guest can enjoy. Overall resort is great for perfect staycation to relax and enjoy. However, it do not have a lot of activities that guest can enjoy within the resort apart from pool and indoor games.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was its location in the hill and surrounded by jungle

Starting with the approach road — it’s extremely steep. If you’re new to driving, be cautious. The parking at the hotel was decent, which is one of the few positives. However, the stay was marred by constant power cuts. We had to call the staff multiple times just to get it fixed. To make matters worse, the phone line in the room was dead, so there was no way to contact the reception directly. A jungle walk was promised during booking, but no one from the hotel bothered to inform or arrange it. The reception experience was particularly frustrating. It felt like the staff were only concerned about getting payment and showed little regard for guest experience. They need to understand that guests come here to relax — not to be treated with suspicion. Food was extremely overpriced, and dinner took a long time to be served. Thankfully, the taste was good, which was a small saving grace. The hotel is so isolated that there’s no option to step out and eat elsewhere — you’re stuck with what they offer. So, be very careful when booking this hotel. I know it's part of a well-known hospitality group, but they have a long way to go in terms of service and guest care. I definitely won’t be returning on my next trip.

It was a beautiful stay with amazing staff around, very cooperative and assisted well for all the questions asked.

The activity area, they should have maintained the condition of the board games.
