Location was ok

Rooms were tiny. Beds were uncomfortable

Cozy rooms. Excellent location.

Small rooms with very less space to move. No space to keep more than 1 suitcase. Movement is restricted due to this. Bathrooms are very small too. Staffs are cordial but no co-ordination between staffs.

The location of the hotel is ideal for family, couple and solo traveling. Close to CSMT station and everything you need is near. Mohammad Anas was amazing and awesome, always helpful and great. 5-star to him. Safe, we had a lot of online shopping delivered to the hotel while we were out. Hot shower, daily room service, neat and tidy with daily bottle of water per room. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be ordered from attached restaurant, It’s Lucknowi.

A little bit noisy in the morning due to proximity with street, but you eventually get used to Mumbai traffic noise. Else nothing to really complain about.

The location was close to many tourist attractions and the breakfast was very good. The room was clean and the majority of the staff were very helpful. They have bolts on the inside of the doors.

A worker came to my room at 9:30pm with the pretense of delivering towels, which I had not asked for and then refused to leave. He told me I had to give him money and I know I did not need to. I reported this to reception and left the next day. I did not have to pay for my last night but believe I should have been offered a discount due to the incident and this did not occur. I had to contact a Hindi speaking friend to get the matter resolved efficiently. I felt very unsafe as a single, white female travelling in this hotel and could no longer stay. The internet was terrible and I could not do my work from the hotel.
