Rooms are too much small

We stayed at the property for a night. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased with their promptness and service. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from restaurants and markets. CSVT station is at a walkable distance. Overall would receommend this stay.

We had 2 suitcases and 2 backpacks and found it a bit difficult to move around the room due to the small size. BUt the hotel makes up for this by its location, people and service. Ongoing construction outside made it challenging for the taxi driver to park.

Breakfast was delivered to bedroom, however there were not enough space to sit and eat. Room was small

Staff should be more trained, some were entering the room without knocking!!

The hotel has a good location, close to CSMT train station, along a relatively quiet street.

The staff at the reception has a rather unpleasant behavior. The room is very small, and the bathroom terribly small. There is a tiny desk and chair in the room, but good luck if you want to sit by the desk, as you won't be able to pull the chair without moving the bed ... I was alone in a double room; I can't imagine being 2 people in the same room, with a 2nd suitcase lying on the floor. Bed sheets were clean but had many long-lasting stains, which isn't very desirable.
