"Not happy."

Though room was booked for 3 days making advance payment, it was vacated one day earlier. But the hotel management has not so far refunded one day's amount. Not responding to email. Worst attitude of management.

Fridge not working No breakfast included No licence for drinks Lift is working but only 1 so busy 1 am 6foot 3inch walking down the stairs have to bend down not good
