Hotel Lords, Fort

Unfortunately, not able to answer as the hotel was not upto the standards of 2 star.

Hotel facilities was not good. Booked room for 3 adults as it was stated it can accomodate in one room (Triple bed). But on checkin at 11:20PM to room, it's a small King bed with additional mattress provided. Also there is not enough space to put the mattress and it was not clean enough. Bathroom was not clean overall. Convinced myself as its for just a night to sleep and catch early morning train at CST. Again it was a disappointment, one of the lights cannot be switched off and I do not wish to argue at midnite and had to sleep with light ON. Staff's looks at us during checkin as if we have landed from Alien planet

The staff is very helpful and nice and location is prime . I really liked the hotel and the restaurant. Will stay there again . Highly recommend.

The check in time should be a little flexible. That's all . Rest is fine.

Location.

Very small room, toilets & bathroom. Room service is slow. Not value for money.
