Très simple d’accès la chambre était très propre et bien équipée

Les lits avec des lattes cassées et certains endroits était mal fixé

The room was very clean, cozy, and super comfortable. I also really liked that they provide a washing machine and detergent inside the room, which is very convenient, especially for longer stays. There is also a coin dryer on the first floor for everyone to use. The location is great and very accessible, making it easy to get around Kyoto and visit different places.

The check-in policy was not very flexible. Check-in is only allowed after 5pm, which I personally found quite late. They also didn’t allow early luggage storage. Since it’s a self check-in property with no staff on-site, they said they couldn’t assist with luggage storage. I understand the reason, but it would have been helpful if they could at least provide the entrance password earlier so guests could leave their luggage inside.

こちらの都合で人数変更や宿泊者登録の際にいくつか質問をしたが、スタッフの方の対応が早く問題なく宿泊できました。京都での宿泊できたが価格も安く満足です。

チェックインとチェックアウトの際に少し手間取りましたが問題外です。

当日バタバタで入室方法が分からず入り口で途方にくれました スタッフがいなかったので

Spacious room, location is close to main points of interest, quiet, washing machine in room, dish soap, water kettle, closet w/ hangers, fridge, clean, comfy beds.

No one answered phone calls. Had trouble checking in because booking.com did not notify me of a message from the property, had to fill forms last minute once another guest explained to us how the check-in process worked. Cooking in room not possible.
