気になった点は •部屋の隅の埃が気になった。 •小さな石ころ？のようなものが転がっていて、 踏んでしまい痛かった •カーテンに○なくそと思われるものが付いていた •事前チェックインが必要だが、チェックインをするリンク先が飛べなかったりと不備が多かった •宿泊ではメールでのやり取りになるが、質問もズレた回答が返ってきたりして困った •予約からチェックアウトまで人と接することがなく、不安だった。 連泊する予定だったが、1泊でキャンセルしました。

"Don't book if you don't know Japanese or know someone who knows Japanese to help you"

Facilities weren't enough. For example there were no cups and when I asked for one they refused to give. Staff don't speak English and after booking they sent a form in Japanese to fill in and failing to fill it leads to not having access to your room because it is self check in hotel.
