Historical center Arbat

The host, Askat, was exceptionally helpful. He proactively provided self check-in video instructions two days prior to our arrival in Almaty. Throughout our vacation, he readily assisted with all our inquiries, from recommending excellent authentic Kazakh restaurants to providing directions and information. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were pleasant, and the bed sizes in each room were ideal for two people. The kitchen, wardrobe, WC, washing machine, ironing facilities, microwave, and stove – everything was available. We had no concerns whatsoever regarding the amenities. The apartment's location, just 200 meters from the city center and in close proximity to Arbat Street, was a significant advantage. Overall, this is a top-notch place to stay in Almaty.

very nice accomodation.. have almost everything needed for staycation.. we can play snow just outside the hotel..

no dryer machine.. it will help to dry up our clothes after washed..

The owners of the apartment were accommodating. The apartment has complete facilities that we needed for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. It is located in an accessible location and near to supermarkets, money exchange, and restaurants.

2 rooms apartment very safe, clean and tidy. Complete kitchen utensil we can cook. Very nice place to stay near to arbat street and surrounded by the boutiqe shop and coffee shop as well. Very recommended to stay. The owner also very kind allow us for late checkout we really appreciate that. Definitely to stay here again for next visit.
