Unbelievably rude and unprofessional host. We booked a 2-day stay and then extended for two more days at an additional 30,000 tenge. We also paid 4,500 extra to stay until 9 pm on the last day, as our flight was at 1 am. But shockingly, at 6 pm—three hours before the time we paid for—he threatened us, demanding we pick up our luggage immediately. He called us out of nowhere, saying that if we didn’t arrive in 10 minutes, he would throw our belongings out. He went so far as to threaten that we would be locked out and not allowed back in to collect our things, and even said he’d call the police if we didn’t comply. When we questioned him on why he was forcing us out at 6 pm after charging us till 9 pm, he rudely claimed that since we had called him at 6 pm, he would deny us access. We called him at 6pm because we came home to put our shopping bags before dinner and realized he took away the keys. This host’s behavior was absolutely criminal. He showed zero respect, bullied us, and treated us with threats instead of providing a service we paid for. This kind of intimidation has no place on a platform like Booking.com. I strongly urge Booking.com to blacklist this host to protect future guests from going through this nightmare.

Booking should blacklist such fraud hosts who make deals with foreigners and then took keys and go away.
