The owners are very nice. We received a beautiful and delicious cake and homemade wine as a welcome. We appreciate it a lot! The accommodation is clean, well equipped and cozy. We felt at home there. Marshall, the friendly cat, greeted us every morning. He was our buddy for the whole week 😁 We appreciated the parking in the owners' garden, where there is a gate and the car is safe. We really liked it here and I want to thank you very much for allowing us to spend our vacation in a pleasant environment. I can only recommend!

One of the best houses I've ever stayed in. This was my second time there and I'm even more satisfied. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable holiday. There are several terraces, great home appliances and furniture. You're surrounded by banana trees and you may enjoy good views of the Atlantic ocean. Madeira mall is reached in just some steps and you're close to the main tourist attractions by bus or car (parking offered). The hosts are wonderful, always paying attention to your needs as well as keeping you informed. Even Marshall, the domestic cat, is easygoing 😃

Everything was superb.

Angelo is a super host, he showed us everything and was very helpful with local info. The best thing about the apartment is its locality, quiet, green, steps away from the shopping center and gas station. Bus stop for Funchal city center some 50 meters away. Parking in Angelo's yard with a motorized gate. Lots of space, powerful WiFi. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms. One of the best accommodations we experienced on our trips.

The accommodation was fantastic and the host Angelo was very nice and willing to help anytime. Our flight was delayed, but it was not a problem at all to come later in the night as expected. We were welcomed with homed made cake, vine and avocados. It was very calm place in the middle of banana trees with amazing views. We enjoyed having breakfast on one of the terraces in the morning with the company of the cat Marshall or sitting in the evening outside and watching the sunset. The big shopping mall was very close (approximately 2 minutes’ walk) and it was opened every day till night, so you could buy whatever you need, or just go for a coffee or some food. I would really recommend this house.

The apartment is in a large house which is surrounded by an amazing garden full with banana trees. Very spacious, more than enough room for a family of four (We were with two teenagers). Two terraces with ocean view, and one to grill. There is a huge shopping center 2 minutes walk from the house, with fast food restaurants and a grocery store open until late in the evening. So you can easily do your shopping either in the morning or late in the evening when you arrive home from your daily trip. The center of Funchal is a bit far, but easily accessible by bus. The bus stop is just right at the corner. Angelo is a great host, helpful and informative. We loved their cat, Marshall, who came around the house every morning and also in the evenings. If your priority is not going out every evening in the center, but have a large and well equipped apartment in a peaceful street with beautiful garden and view, I absolutely recommend Angelo's place.

Great place! Almost always pictures exaggerate the place, here it's the opposite. An amazing villa for friends and family. Never used the BBQ but it's a great feature.

Delightful stay. The property was very clean and Angelo was very helpful. Highly recommend! We really enjoyed the morning coffee on the terrace amongst all the trees. You will not be disappointed!

The accommodation has a cosy and friendly atmosphere. The host was very kind and waited for us with small delicacies. The house is in a very cosy and quiet place. There is shopping nearby (within 150 m). You can park your car in the enclosed garden. Everything went smoothly, we had a great time! Thank you!

The host, Angelo, was very helpful and communicative. The wine and the lemon cake with "welcome" on top were a great surprise - thanks! The place is located near a large shopping mall which is very useful. Everything was present in the kitchen and bathroom - we missed nothing.
