Koldo possède 2 appartements dans le même immeuble. Le logement que nous avons occupé était situé au 4ème étage et ne correspond pas aux photos publiées sur le site. Koldo nous a affirmé que la taille était la même et nous a envoyé des photos de cette appartement via whatsapp. L'immeuble est équipé d'un ascenseur. Très bonne localisation : métro à 5 min, accès routiers vers Castilla y léon ou Castilla la mancha très proches, commerces à proximités. Quartier calme. Le garage est un plus même s'il n'est pas situé dans l'immeuble. Le garage est à 5 min à pied de l'appartement.

Le seul bémol est un chien qui aboie régulièrement dans l'appartement du dessous. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine mais Koldo devait y remédier après notre séjour.

Estuvimos muy a gusto, el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, cerca del metro y con supermercados al lado. Koldo muy atento y agradable. Repetiríamos seguro!!! Mila esker Koldo!!!

Ático muy limpio y nuevo, con muchos detalles por parte de los dueños desde leche, café, refrescos, cervezas, pan....es de destacar su amabilidad. Piso luminoso, gran televisión, libros, WiFi.... Dejado del bloque hay todo tipo de comercios, boca de metro... Volvería a repetir.

Habitaciones amplias y confortables. El apartamento cuenta con todo tipo de comodidades como tostador, cafetera, calefacción,radiadores, equipo de música, un proyector con una pantalla para ver películas. Una terracita muy cómoda.
