A €15 surcharge will be applied for check-ins after 11:00 PM and check-outs after 11:00 AM. Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, came into effect on December 2, 2024, requiring digital platforms and hosts to provide additional information to the Spanish authorities. Therefore, during check-in, we will need to verify the identity of all guests with physical documentation and request that they provide all the necessary information for submission to SES Hospedajes (the Ministry of the Interior's platform). The required information is detailed in Annex I of the aforementioned Royal Decree. For this reason, access to the apartment will not be permitted to unidentified individuals.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
