"Pleasant"

Nice hotel

The pool was NOT HEATED, basically unswimmable. AFTER I booked they sent me an email saying jacuzzi was broken. Pool and hot tub was the main reason I booked this place.

Near family I was visiting. OK hotel.

Final bill charged extra for breakfast the reservation confirmed was included. Paid for upgraded room with fireplace and kitchenette but was given hearing impaired room instead (which was not needed) at same price. My fault I did not check first or challenge the bill.

"It deserves the rating given in booking site"

Location, quietness , bar A met a very gentle respecting GM who was very cooperative.

My room was the last in a long corridor. I think it should not be given to seniors. At least a small drinking water inside room for new guest would be highly appropriated .
