Jessica was awesome.

They didn't have my authorization. It was forwarded and confirmed Caused a hassle for my son. The system was down for 30 minutes, and the desk was unable to verify the $20 meal coupon.

"I loved this hotel for its luxury and amenities!"

I loved the luxury, from the cozy room, huge fluffy towels, comfortable bed and down pillows to the full service restaurant and clean pool! I needed this and I really enjoyed myself!

It was a little pricey, but the luxuries showed me that it was worth it.

"Overall, the check in process, room, and breakfast all exceeded expectations."

The server woman was a real gem - friendly, attentive - a real service-oriented person! The front desk staff made change for me, and I received a couple texts asking if everything was going well. I was made to feel welcome, and that I could ask for anything.

The refrigerator in my room was too cold, freezing three pops that ended up exploding everywhere. :(
