It is located outside of town, but connected by bus (approx. 40 min to the center)

Staff was very rude unwilling to accommodate for non working ac unit in room because of making the booking through booking, children running through hallways at night, loud knocking through out the night, very small restroom, uncomfortable bed, couch was not sleep able pull out bed was extremely dirty, took 5 different calls to get to front desk and then have to want and extra 10 minutes to receive a call back from them, would not recommend for families only recommend the restaurant and bar in the facility.

I felt very safe traveling alone. The room was very clean and although I didn’t use the amenities there was plenty to do.

Location and nice staff. My wife and daughter loved the pool.

They charged me $3 for a towel that they thought was missing. My wife hung it up to dry in the closet. The heater is SUPER noisy. The toilet ran continuously though I was able to fix it. ( chain on flapper is too long)
