Nice location

The shower didn’t work well and the walls are very thin, so there is a lot of noise

Alle Fenster waren mit Insektenschutzgittern ausgestattet.

Nichts war sauber und hygienisch. Die Küche und die darin befindlichen Utensilien waren sehr schmutzig. Die Herdplatte war fettig und hat unangenehm gerochen. Das Sieb sowie das Besteck waren alle verschmutzt. Es lag ein benutzter, schmutziger Spülschwamm dort. Zum Glück hatten wir einen neuen Schwamm selbst dabei. Die Toilettentür klemmte und ließ sich nur mit lautem Geräusch schließen, so laut, dass nachts alle aufgewacht sind, wenn jemand zur Toilette musste. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, aber der Wassertank war stark verschmutzt und absolut unbrauchbar. Die Eingangstür konnte von innen nicht abgeschlossen werden, was keinerlei Sicherheit bot.

The place was very clean and well taken care of. The host is extremely helpful and gave us the best recommendations to enjoy our stay in Pisa.

The only inconvenience is that it is listed as 2 rooms and it really is a single room and a living room with a sofa bed that is comfortable but no privacy. The location is about 20 minutes far from the tower so be prepared to walk.

I missed some kitchen equipment, wifi instructions provided, but wifi was not visible in my notebook, instead duvet cover only sheet that was not comfortable

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was clean and welcoming, near some great bars and restaurants. Free private parking too. We particularly loved 'Le Piagge' a short walk away where you can enjoy a walk along the river and reach the centre of Pisa.
