"Very clean and kind staff, some small issues but still a great stay overall"

Shay was very kind and provided great recommendations on where to eat and visit upon arrival. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

No deadbolt on the door that allows us to lock from the inside for safety reasons. The single door lock was controlled by a keypad outside, which is not safe. There was a second door with metal bars but we’re told the lock was not working. Refrigerator does not get cold. We turned it to multiple settings after letting it sit for 24hours between each and it still did not get cold. Seal must not be working or since the freezer had ice build up, the air couldn’t flow into fridge. Limited kitchen items, no spatula and only one bread knife. Washer trips breaker with lights on in the bathroom. Walls are thin, noisy at night.
