Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. The service is given on a first-come-first-served basis. Off-site parking is also available. Guests under the age of 22 are only allowed when sharing a room with a parent in August. If you require a room with disabled access, please notify the hotel in advance as these rooms have limited availability. The hotel's elevator cannot accommodate wheelchairs. The rooftop terrace is not wheelchair accessible. When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

A fantastic community feel. It was a joy staying here as there were so many interesting people to meet and chat to. There is a community atmosphere that is delightful.

The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. I'd stay here again even though I prefer more room. The atmosphere is so good.

Room was adequate and comfortable as a single traveler, location was fabulous, breakfast was fresh and delicious. Happy hour was a very nice touch and also delicious. The other guests were friendly and comfortable to be around. Very nice vibe in this small hotel.

There was construction going on at the building next door all night long. The noise kept me up all night. I tried to close the windows and turn on the air conditioner to create some background noise (and to cool off the room, which was quite warm), but the only temperature control available was heat. It appears that the A/C had been shut off for the winter.
