Clean comfortable and really a nice room.

Was on the 4th floor which I had no problem with but my partner says she’s too old for that many stairs.

Convenient location

Staff wasn’t really helpful, room wasn’t really clean and bed was really squeaky.

Location is great and it’s close to the Lio airport. It’s in town with access to a lot of different attractions and restaurants. We were there for 5 days and there were couple of power outages. The hotel has backup power so there’s no prob with that. Also a supply of water to drink is a plus.

The hotel has no elevator so if steps are a concern book a room on the first floor. The rooms don’t have enough hooks/places to dry your swimwear. The unnecessary noise that you hear while resting when you book a room next to the kitchen/staff room.

It’s location

Our towels were stained, we had no hot water for 3 days even after reminding staff several times. Only one lock on the door worked. Breakfast was awful

The staff was polite but lacked some professionalism in problem solving. Location is ok, close to everything.

1) Towels and pillows had brown/yellow stains. We asked to replace it but new ones still had dirty stains. 2) We had no hot water in shower for 3 days and asked receptionist several times (4 times!!!) to check it. In the end, when maintenance boy came to repair it, it turned out to be a simple issue of a circuit breaker. I don’t understand why they couldn’t come and repair it the very first day… 3) The breakfast is NOT good. The first morning we got 2 cold and dry pancakes, no drinks were offered. So we went to a restaurant nearby to get breakfast. The other days it was better and we got a coffee but still breakfast was very plain. 4) You can hear every little sound and noise. Be prepared to wake up at 5-6 am from noisy roosters and pigeons. 5) No hand soap in bathroom. No shampoo. No body lotion. Only a bottle of shower gel.
