It was clean.

BED: My husband woke up with several bites, which we believe was from bed bugs as the mattress was moulded and the linen felt itchy. We changed rooms, meaning we paid for a better room and stayed in a worse one (the bed was smaller and a double bunk bed, but the linen was much better). AC: The AC is extremely noisy, it was hard to sleep! The AC in the second room was even worse than the first. Shower: The shower in the second room wasn't good, the temperature kept changing between cold and super hot (when you were lucky to get hot water). Breakfast is very simple/limited. Internet: the internet reception was very poor in the bedroom (3rd floor).

"Great value, comfy room, clean"

Staff were very helpful and it was excellent value for money. Room was always cleaned on request and we were right in the center of El Nido town.

Everything was fine but if i had to critique then maybe the wifi could be faster (might be a location thing and everywhere is the same)
