Lovely man behind the bar /reception couldn't do enough love the fact that you are not harassed buy staff coming in to clean while I am staying there not bad prices at the bar if you are in to bourbon or cigars this really is your hotel we loved our time here

Attention to detail a little bit more attention when cleaning but not a big problem i am just very picky but saying that I will be back

Lovely bar seating area, fantastic to watch the sun go down at the end of the day, the main front window is made up of folding glass panels which are open on nice days, they also put deck chairs outside to enjoy the sun. Pool table, very nice stocked bar. The hotel sells real Cuban cigars ,they do have the stock on the Cuban cigar website. In the main hall there is a vending machine stocked with everything from chocolate, crisps, drinks, paracetamol to Durex. There's also a microwave for guests to use , and a big stock of toilet rolls to help yourself to if it's running low in your bathroom, bathroom was very nice, it was actually a wet room shower, room was basic , bed, telly, kettle with coffee tea sugar etc, I don't go to Blackpool to spend time living in my room it's just for sleeping, the cod mother cafe/takeaway is nextdoor and I can recommend it, McDonald's is a few minutes away, but let's face it your not going to starve in Blackpool, hundreds of eating places. Plenty of parking spaces at the hotel which you pay when checking in. This is the second time I've stayed with my daughter's and I will be back, the location, the views and always end up chatting to some lovely people who stay there, there are games in bar to keep children amused after a tiring day,while the adults have a drink. Ryan who owns it keeps the front of hotel clean, you see him regularly going out to pick up other people's rubbish and cigarette butts. There's a outside tap just at the entrance to wash the sand off your feet if you have been to the beach

We wern't able to leave luggage prior to 10.30 check in time. Car parking wasnt adiquate. Parked in more expe sive car park than was available right next door too. We would visir again though knowing this.

Location was excellent 👌 the room was clean and the staff always happy to help.The bar area was good with nice games to keep you entertained and a great full bar.

There was no coffee or milk in the room, we didn't check so when got up next day couldn't have a drink , it was explained to us that it would be given if requested but reception doesn't open until 10/10:30 . It should of been told when we checked in.

Shabby room. Dirty carpet. Dirty bathroom, filthy toilet brush.

Room was lovely will stay again.
