It wasn’t clean at all and the space was very less and the bathroom water was too cold not working the boiler at all it was ice water for shower and toilet wasn’t flushing windows were even opening and it was 31% temprature outside and it was boiling hot inside the room dust was everywhere

The room was absolutely disgusting cleanliness wise. The dust on everyday down to the tv,the skirting boards, the iron and hairs in the sink.

Room was full of dust upon arrival and a pubic hair on the sink. Woke up early each morning with what sounded like staff talking loudly outside our bedroom window. We stayed in room 3. Plug not working on sink. Main door to bedroom needs fixing as loose on hinges. Stains on bedsheets and headboards. Light to mirror under TV not working. Customer service could be better as guests shouldn't have to encourage customer service i.e initiate communication

Our room was dirty upon arrival. Had to ask reception if they could clean the room whilst we were out. Floor had not been hoovered as was clumps of dirt etc all over it and facial hair shavings all around the sink bowl.
