Schoon, nieuwe appartement op de begane grond.

Appartement wordt gedeeld met vaste bewoners.

Perfect location. Great sized rooms. Lovely pool area and easy to access. Lovely toiletries and amenities provided.

Bed quite small (pregnant friend and me). We unfortunately had a couple of cockroach visitors and a lot of flies on the floor by the sliding doors, even though these were closed most of the time. Thin walls.

Pool war zu , hatten die Unterkunft nur aufgrund des Pools gebucht . Besteck etc muss man alles selbst waschen und die Wäsche auch . Die Nebenzimmer hat man die ganze zeit gehört es war generell sehr laut .

Top Lage, direkt am Paseo. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Angenehm kühl, auch ohne Klimaanlage. Gutes Sicherheitsgefühl. Tolle Restaurants und ein Supermarkt, welcher immer geöffnet hat, liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Leider hatte der Pool nur von 12-20 Uhr geöffnet, sodass er morgens nach dem Aufstehen nicht genutzt werden konnte. Und somit für mich leider gar nicht nutzbar war. Dies war leider bei der Buchung nicht zu erkennen. Nachts gab es teils laute Geräusche im Haus, vermutlich aus Leitungen oder technischen Geräten. Das war zur Nachtruhe leider etwas störend.

The pool was not open, the walls are paper thin, there was a leaking sounds coming from upstairs shower we think which made it difficult to sleep and there was a cockroach in the shower

The apartments are located well, right on the beach. You are about a 10-15min walk to the Old Town and in walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants. The room itself is a good size, with lots of potential to be great. Unfortunately, I find that is where the positives end.

Our entire stay was highly disappointing due to big differences between the listing and the actual reality of the property. ​The Pool: We selected this property specifically because the listing advertised the pool opening on 1 June. However, it was completely closed and locked for maintenance during our entire stay. The host claimed that it is fully advertised as not being available until 21 June but this isn't what they advertise. Agents from booking.com also reviewed and agreed it did not state that. ​Disruptions: The property wasn't relaxing during the day due to loud, unadvertised construction work happening directly outside our balcony at the pool area. We couldn't even open the curtains as there were workmen immediately outside. At night, sleep was disrupted due to loud anti-social shouting and music from the apartment next door (managed by the same hosts). Their own rules state no loud music after 10pm. Despite raising this with the host, nothing was done. ​Pest Control: There is an active drain fly infestation inside the apartment that was really uncomfortable. ​Host Management: The host completely failed to provide the support advertised. Their welcome pack states that live assistance is available between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, yet multiple urgent messages regarding these issues were entirely ignored while we were on-site. The host only broke their silence exactly two hours after we checked out to offer an apology, claiming they had not seen our messages. ​Because the apartment was unusable during the day and lacked basic host support, we were forced to leave the property daily just to find somewhere comfortable we could relax, costing us money we did not account for. The host has consistently ignored requests from both me and booking.com seeking solutions to the false pretences in which we booked this property as it was not as advertised at all. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
