The size of the room

I reported to the the staff about the smell in the room, and no one did anything The smell was too bad And I request to do Wedding anniversary in the room And they told me they will do something in the room But unfortunately I didn’t find anything That was disappointing

For a premium class stay; don’t hesitate to book this

Bed and pillows could be more comfortable! After request, they provided extra pillows which for me was more comfortable

ホテルは新しく清潔でサービスも良かったです。

フラミンゴの見られる場所は無いかとレセプションに尋ねた際にわからないという回答だった点は残念でした。
