الهدوء .. والخصوصيه في الفلل نظافه الشاطئ تطور المكان وعنايتهم بالاشجار والنظافه سؤالهم وحرصهم على المقيم وراحته وجود قولف كار توصلك للمارينا وللفنادق الاخرى مجانا وجود باص يوصلك كل راس ساعه على الاكوا بارك والدخول مجانا الغرف واسعه وشرحه الستاف الي كانو يشتغلون في المطعم والتنظيف كانو جدا حبيبين ومتعاونين بس الي في الاستقبال يحتاجون اعاده نظر 😃.. شخصين من الاستقبال الي كانو متعاونين وحبوبين بنت ورجال وكانو من الجنسيه المصريه

الشخص الي استقبلنا كان غير متعاون وغير متفهم ابدا حصلت مشكلة فيه التسجيل وكان جدا مستفز ،، انحلت المشكلة بعد ماكلمت المدير اعتقد اسمه احمد وكان متفهم ومتعاون وحل المشكلة في ثواني. نفس الشيء لما سوينا checkout الي كانت موجودة ماتعرف تمتص غضب العميل ولا تكسبه . مافي مجفف شعر تصميم دورة المياه اعزكم الله مو مريح التوايليت والشاور والمغسله منفصلين عن بعض تمنيت لو فيه تنوع في المطاعم اكثر الخيارات ك بوفيه موجوده ولكن لو حاب تطلب من مينيو مافي غير مطعم الويفيز .
