"Could have been better if the place was sparkling clean"

Not much, staff can be more welcoming and willing to assist at all times especially to an outsider since we are not familiar with the area and place.

Shower was terribly dirty, didn’t enjoy it at all. Not asking much but it can be scrubbed with domestos.
