Bar fridge and clean bedding comfortable beds. The front lady helped us with adapter to charge our phones

We come from jhb so we not used to the extremely hot weather. The rooms should have fans/aircon. A kettle and cups&glasses 2ply toilet paper and at least 2 towels. There was remote for tv but no volume. They should have shower caddy in shower to store soap

"This Place Must Be Shut Down!"

It was appalling! There was nothing to like!

Staff wasn’t welcoming, when we went in our room - there was an odor coming from the bathroom The water pressure was awful The bath plug didn’t function The bed wasn’t clean The facility had no iron There was no sense of security as we were not permitted to leave with THE KEY TO OUR OWN ROOM! The South African Tourism Grading Council will be alerted about this.

This was a very bad accommodation I've ever booked in around Rustenburg, the toilet where untidy, toilet handles not working, uncomfortable taking a shower, this was totally bad.

Everything was bad and the people there are rude.
