GBNice big room, very clean and tidy, good location, easy free parking, more room lights than normal, plenty of power sockets.
Small TV (but adequate), would prefer a walk in shower - nowadays climbing into a bath to shower is outdated and dangerous for us pensioners. The room price was a little high.
GBLocation good and plenty of free parking at the hotel. The garden was lovely. It is a converted Victorian house so plenty of character. My single room had a beautiful view of Swanage Bay.
I booked a single room which which was on 2 nd floor which was originally the servants quarters with no lift. due to the nature of the hotel it had lots of steps to the room. Do not book if you have mobility problems

Decor in bar and lounge could do with updating to be more inviting whilst keeping the traditional features.
NLDe ruime kamer met prachtig meubilair. Het ontzettend vriendelijke personeel!
Niks viel tegen. Het hotel is een oud huis uit 1875 (geloof ik) dus niet alles is modern, maar dat draagt juist bij aan de hele beleving.

No decaffeinated coffee in the room. Catering for a wedding blocked main pathway to reception. The welcome pack needs updating, some of the places recommended to eat in are no longer in business.

Some of the furniture was past its best although the beds were comfortable.
