GBLovely welcome and a very handy location. The hotel itself and the grounds are impressive. Squirrels galore!
Beds were quite small and it was difficult to cool down the room. No air con and the windows only open very partially. But a nice big room with plenty of natural light and a big bathroom.
GBThe location was great minutes walk up bars and restaurants in Swanage .
My room was in Louisa lodge , it was a single room on ground floor but was located next to a boiler room which made loud noises every hour so difficult to sleep

I didn’t realise there was no kitchen so no lunches or dinner, the breakfast ( not included) was only continental
