The place definitely needs to be upgraded. We found poo on the carpet in the main bedroom, the carpets in the bedrooms were quite dirty, the microwave had such a huge hole in the back was so scared to use it. The couches were very uncomfortable. The kitchen bin was a bad. Not enough cooking pots and pans. The beds was very comfortable and the towels were very soft and clean. The place is very safe and secure

The location is excellent. The rental was good. Check in ad out times are not ideally suited. Would like an option for late check out if room not booked. 10 am on a Sunday is a bit hectic. The housekeeper who collected the keys arrived promptly and was lovely

The actual apartment is in need of some TLC. The spare bathroom is almost falling apart. No shower in the main room. I would pay extra to stay in the apartment to 2-3 pm. This should be an option for a Sunday if no one else checking in. The landlord could make extra money.
