Its comfortable and has an excellent location.

Theres a lot of stuff in the apartment is rusty,broken or does not work. Half the globes don’t work. The curtain rails are broken. The main bedroom mattress is completely sunken. The worst is the shower floor. Completely covered in slimy moss thats slippery when you shower and a breeding ground for athletes foot. Pillows also are full of lumpy. 3 teaspoons only to use. only one side of the sliding door opens and they do not lock.

the location and serenity

it is not well maintained. The patio set is rusted the patio chairs are dirty the second bathroom cabinet is damaged the bed base is not covered there are no flat sheets on the bed
