Останавливались в этих апартаментах на три ночи семья из трёх взрослых. Довольно просторные апартаменты в центре старой Бухары, все основные достопримечательности этого чудесного города в пешей доступности.. В апартаментах все необходимое для нормального полноценного проживания имеется, чисто, хорошие матрасы и подушки на кроватях, свежее постельное белье, наличие кухни. Цена - качество разумные и соответствуют. Нам все здесь понравилось, а также вежливый, доброжелательный персонал.

Такого нет. О том, что стирка в стиральной машине платная мы знали заранее, поэтому отнеслись к этой услуге спокойно.

We stayed at this property for two nights. On the first night, the booking was made by our child, who accidentally omitted one child from the reservation details. However, the total room price remained exactly the same as the normal rate. The host argued with us for a long time, insisting on charging an additional $10. We clearly stated that we were willing to pay the original booking price and warned that if forced to pay extra, we would file a complaint and leave a negative review. In the end, both sides compromised, and we paid an additional $5. On the second night, we decided to extend our stay and made a new reservation through Booking.com, this time correcting the mistake. The price was exactly the same as what we had paid for the first night. However, the host did not clean the room, nor did they replace the towels. As a result, the trash bins were full, and when we took showers in the evening, there were no clean towels available. Before checking out, we took the initiative to wash and return all the dishes we had used, and we even found an extra small bin to collect additional trash. Before leaving, I personally checked the room and made sure all the garbage was placed neatly into the two bins. Yet, half a day after we checked out, the host accused us of “throwing garbage around” and threatened to call the police, even saying we could be deported. We have been traveling in Uzbekistan for a week, and we have always had pleasant and friendly interactions with the local people. This was the first time we encountered such an unreasonable host. Just because they failed to charge us an extra $5 on the first night, they deliberately tried to cause trouble, which seriously damaged our stay experience. In addition, the facilities were problematic. The room had only one small air conditioner that could not be set to a lower temperature, and the electricity supply was unstable, causing frequent power trips.

我们在这家住宿住了两晚。第一晚由孩子代为预订，他在填写信息时不小心漏填了一名儿童，但预订的房间总价与正常价格完全一致。房东因此与我们争执许久，坚持要额外多收10美元。我们明确表示只愿意按照原本的价格付款，并警告说如果被强行加收，我们将投诉并留下差评。最后双方各自妥协，我们额外支付了5美元。 第二晚我们决定续住，并通过Booking.com重新预订，这一次纠正了错误。续订的价格与第一晚实际支付的金额完全一致。然而，房东在第二晚并没有打扫房间，也没有更换浴巾。结果垃圾桶已经满了，晚上洗澡时也没有干净的浴巾可用。 退房前，我们主动把用过的餐具清洗干净并放回原位，还找来一个小垃圾桶用来盛放新增的垃圾。离开前我亲自检查过房间，确认所有垃圾都整齐地放在了两个垃圾桶里。但在我们退房半天之后，房东却指责我们“乱丢垃圾”，甚至威胁要报警，还声称可能会把我们驱逐出境。 我们在乌兹别克斯坦旅行已经一周，一直和当地人相处愉快，这是第一次遇到如此不讲理的房东。仅仅因为第一天没能多收我们5美元，他们就故意找茬刁难，严重破坏了我们的住宿体验。 此外，住宿设施也存在明显问题：房间只有一台小空调，无法调到更低温度，而且电力供应不稳定，经常跳闸。我们入住的第一晚，空调跳闸三次，半夜被热醒，根本无法好好休息。第二晚不得不把温度调高，才勉强过夜。房间里的洗衣机也只能额外付费使用。

Se proprio devo trovare dei difetti la pressione dell'acqua della doccia era un po' scarsa e non era possibile chiudere la porta della cucina. Essendo al piano terra al mattino si sentivano dei rumori da fuori ma niente che togliesse il sonno

It was clean and tidy, the host was friendly. It is in the middle of the old city and most of the sightseeings in a walkable distance.
