There was no elth faucets (shattaf) in bathroom. This is not seen in Uzbekistan bathrooms .Bathroom was foul smelling. Water pressure was very low. Even though in the booking it is mentioned that inclusive of all taxes they collected $ 10 as tax extra.
BGThe apartment is clean, comfortable and on walking distance from the central part (10 min. walk). We arrived 1 hour late after midnight and the owner was waiting for us. I recommend.

GBThe apartment is very modern and clean. It is walking distance to the main attractions but not on any noisey main street. The hosts were super friendly and helpful to the point that it created a lasting memory for our trip.
We wished we could have stayed longer but we had to catch a train to our next destination. We would have liked to spend more time here but only had 8 days in Uzbekistan.

NLVery sweet host, helpful and waiting for us upon arrival. The room is new, beds are comfortable. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. Good airconditioning and heating. Shops and market are very near. The old center is only 5 minutes walk.
In the early morning at 5.30 a.m. we woke up from the market that is right next to the house.
INThe location of hostel is good. The cleanliness is exceptional. The layout for 3 people is optimal. AC at 25 C cools the room. It’s one apartment setup for 1 family for not more than 3 people. My family liked it very much
We selected hostel based on lowest rate. We paid $33 as per the quote on Booking dot com. It was said ‘ all taxes inclusive’. Upon arrival Hostel Owner asked 18 $ for 3 for 2 nights. When I argued as ‘ price is inclusive’ , then owner told the taxes are as per rule of law. When I told her that it’s not as per booking site, she had no answer. She insisted on payment of USD 18 - gave discount 3. I think there is no correct ‘ disclosure’ like other properties. She attracts the client and after arrival asked for additional money. Booking dot com should look in the matter. My problem is not of payment but of disclosing the fact.
PHBed is comfortable. Large fridge. Good Kitchen. Location is few minutes walk to the touristic area. Airconditioner for too hot/cold days. Fast and stable WiFi. Responsive Host. I left very early (4AM), and the host was there to check me out.
There was an extra 3$ charge per person during checkin. They said it is a requirement by the local government. Should be fine, but I wished it was indicated at the time of booking. Also, bring USD for payment. In my case, the owner had a bad EUR/USZ convertion.
