The Boathouse - Panoramic Sea View Retreat, near Town, Marina & Beach, with Parking

Such a lovely space, 4 adults and a dog!

House was amazing, loved the balcony and the amazing views was so pleased that such a nice place was also dog friendly allowing us to take our fur baby.

The only downfall to this property was having to carry all the luggage from the car park up th steps .

Lovely house, great views

The travel cot was mouldy so we couldn’t use it. A lot of steps, not ideal when you have a tandem pram. No parking permit upon arrival.

A very comfortable and well equipped holiday property with most things that you could wish for. Excellent views across the Harbour area and beyond.

Nowhere on booking.com property description does it tell you about access up steep steps and ramps making this rather unsuitable for persons with mobility challenges, Please don't be mislead by the advert stating two bathrooms as there is only one plus a small WC with tiny handbasin on top of cistern which is located in downstairs bedroom behind sliding door.
