Locatie. Goede bedden.

Er was 1 bed minder dan in de beschrijving, waardoor het niet ideaal was voor onze groep. Foto's zijn beter dan de werkelijkheid.

Plenty space for everyone, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Able to check in very early and gave us a late check out.

Sofa bed and double bed a little uncomfortable but really nothing to complain about

We messaged the mangers of the property repeatedly using the email and mobile number provided. They failed to respond at all either prior to arriving at the property or any time over the weekend. We received no access key code to the property until 90 minutes after we should have been able to access the property at 4pm which is totally unacceptable,especially given the amount of times we had tried to reach the owners to obtain the key code information both during the day of arrival and upon arrival. After a 6 hour journey all you want is to unpack and rest but instead we were faced with this stress and the concern we had been conned with no alternative but to try and find an different sleeping arrangements. As we were about to book something else we received an automated message 90 minutes post the access time to the property. This is not good enough at all.

The property clearly states: Bedroom 1, one double and one extra large double bed. Bedroom 2, two single beds and an additional sofa bed in sitting room. As there were 6 adult friends, we only booked this property knowing everyone had a bed space. This is not the reality as the property has only one large double bed in bedroom 1, not 2 as stated on the house details which is clearly very misleading. Therefore 2 adults had to try and sleep and a very inadequate sofa bed which was not possible. The way the property is described is very misleading. It does not sleep 6 adults comfortably. We would suggest 4 adults max. The sofa bed, definitely needs an upgrade to one that is suitable for sleeping on if they continue to advertise this property for 6 adults.

Beds were very comfortable. House was nice and warm -2 outside. Good location 12 minutes into York Good shower and nice and clean we would stay again and had parking which is a must in York.

It was modern and cosy, everything was clean and accessible and a great atmosphere! Easy communication and kept me up to date throughout the process!

Great location, clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were helpful and quick to respond when we had questions.

Fabulous location- easy walk into the city centre. Lovely cafes and couple of mins walk away. Property was clean and as shown/ described.

It’s on street parking and the road is quite narrow.
