House with a view

Very comfortable house, clean and tidy close to everything we needed, awesome view, quiet and lovely welcome treats left by the owner. Great covered outside eating area and large inside dining table and chairs. An extremely well stocked kitchen 👍

Nothing all good. Just one suggestion the property can sleep up to 8 people, there was only 3 in our group. Maybe look at the configuration of furniture in the lounge area, there is only one lazyboy type chair and a two seater couch okay for 3 on a rainy day..

Superb view from the house, the hosts are not joking about it being called House with a View! Great communication from the re access on arrival etc. The house is fantastic, comfortable, well located and it was a pleasure staying there. Thank you for the welcome treats too, that was a lovely touch. We would definitely recommend 👌👌

The whole entire house was amazing the note on the table with Roche ferrero chocs, beverages in the fridge, the plate of chocolates on the bench how spoilt we were and the outdoor part where we had beverages with a speaker even was Awesome we were trying to make up excuses to stay another night. 🤗

Loved location…walk down road to wharf and cafe/ bar. Good meals and best coffee. Easy drive to golf, 90 mile beach and Cape Reinga . Thanks for treats / beverages in house

Very well setup, everything you needed. Clean and comfortable.

Spacious 3-bedroom house walking distance to the small town of Pukenui. We travelled to the Cape and needed accommodation on the way back south. Jess, the manager, was a great host, equipping the home with treats for us on arrival. The house is very comfortable and was a great stopover for us. Close to lovely beaches.

I loved the little extras that the host left for us. The chocolates and drinks were great. I forgot to mention that we don't drink alcohol. But that is OK. It was nice of them to think of us. It was nice having the entire house to ourselves. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom is nice. The kitchen is large. Family room is nice to have a place to sit, although not many places to sit other than the couch and the chair, it still worked out OK for us. The downstairs bedroom is more open and has 2 beds. It worked out well for us. We appreciated the second bathroom and shower available downstairs. It was also nice having a washer. A dryer would have pushed this review up higher to a 9.5-10! We used the rack and our clothing didn't quite dry out. Owner was really nice to work with and answered a lot of my questions and was very helpful with so many things. Thank you so much! We didn't get a chance to use the enclosed patio, but it was sure nice to have. It really is a fantastic place and I would recommend it to anyone.

The beds were a little stiffer than I like, but I still slept better than I expected. The house is a bit older than the pictures show, but it is still a nice place and I wouldn't have a problem staying there again. Not having a dryer when you are staying for a night was a little rough, but we managed through it.

Panoramic view was amazing . Lovely neighborhood. Clean home.
