The location is good, with good access to public transport (2 min).

The listing stated there was a private bathroom, but it was actually shared. For a 6-night stay, only disposable towels were provided. The host forgot about my check-in, so I ended up waiting outside the property for half an hour in the evening. The room was not very clean and certainly not "brand new" as described — for example, the air conditioning unit was attached to the window with adhesive tape, which came loose and blew inside.

I requested a full refund for the room with a live chat agent. No one answered the door so I had to get another hotel room.

I haven't heard anything about my refund.
