Un Lugar House San Telmo -Coliving

I enjoyed staying in this place, my room was clean and modern, the kitchen was fairly well equipped, Cynthia and her mum are both very kind and helpful, they seemed to come every day to clean. The location is on a quiet street, close to bus routes to get around the city and close to various supermarkets. The roof terrace makes the place even better :) Also handy to have use of a washing machine. Internet connection fast and reliable.

I can't think of any negatives worth mentioning

I don't even know where to start from. Let's say first that at a certain point of my staying at Un Lugar House while coming "home" I had this feeling like it was really my own place. All this confidence was certainly helped by the kindness and availability of the owner Cynthia (and Alícia). The place is very nice, consisting of 2 communicating apartments and in total 2 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, a patio, a big terrace and several bedrooms. My bedroom was so comfortable, relaxing colors, new fornitures, and clean. The place is 10ish minutes away from Sant Telmo station which is one the main stations of Las Palmas, but I never needed to go there (except for the way back to the airport) since the bus stations close to the house were already useful to me. It happened and came home at late night and I had the opportunity to see the night version of the area, at a first sight I had the doubt it was not a safe area but eventually I changed my feeling and was totally comfortable.

I didn't have the opportunity to meet Cynthia in person but I'm sure I will stay again at Un Lugar house so maybe in future.

We cooked our own breakfast which was brilliant. We liked the rooftop in the evening. Very quite area very safe. Had a great stay would highly recommend. Cynthia was very friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Absolutely nothing.

I had a really nice stay! Cinthya was very responsive and allowed me both early check-in and late check-out, which made my stay it super comfortable. The room was big and tidy with a really comfortable bed, great AC and WiFi. Since the rooms are spred across 2 floors with kitchen and bathroom on both floors, it never got crowded.

Communication with Cinthia was really easy. She was very helpful. Clean room

the room had everything I needed, the bathroom was large and private, the kitchen was a joy to cook in and plenty of places to eat. the location was fab as there is a little supermarket really close and a fruit shop that I bought all my salad bits from the only thing I would add would be a fan for the room
