Un Lugar House San Telmo -Coliving

This is the best place I've ever stayed, undoubtedly adding a lot of joy to my entire journey! I am very satisfied! Cynthia is the best host I've ever met, she is particularly warm and hospitable, taking good care of me and making me feel at home.

Nice place. Fast wifi. Close to the main bus station and historic center. Lovely owner. Everything was great. Nice terrace.

It doesn't have 24 hours reception, it's not a hostel, but it was not a problem.

Cinthy takes well care of the co-living and is caring to make you feel good. You will live with other people and i faced no problems. The rooms are clean and the bed is super comfy and everything smells fresh just out of laundry. Theres a nice little shop at the street where you can buy some snacks and water. There are busses nearby but the hotspots are not close.

No signs outside that tell you you are at the right address 😅

I truly enjoyed the spaciousness of my room, which featured numerous windows that allowed the perfect amount of light to fill the space. The kitchen was fully equipped, catering to all my needs. The location couldn't have been better, offering convenience right at my doorstep. Spending time on the terrace, sipping tea, and taking in the surroundings was a highlight of my stay. Cinthya is exceptionally friendly and incredibly supportive, always ready to assist with anything you might require. She is responsive and radiates warmth, making her a wonderful host. I highly recommend this place for those looking for an ideal spot for remote work or simply to enjoy a vacation. The ambiance is conducive to productivity and relaxation alike.

Parking the car presented a challenge, a common issue across many urban areas on the island.

The guest house offered comfortable, well-lit rooms and cozy beds. The availability of practical common areas, such as the kitchen, dining room, hang-out corners and especially the wide sunny balcony, is ideal for relaxing or being productive. It's very close to shops, restaurants, and the old town. The service and communication were also exceptional!

Very spacious place. If you like sitting on two terrazas, one on the roof, sunbathing, it will be perfect! Kitchen is well done! Plants, wooden doors, tiles... nice. If you like it warm, stay on the third floor, if you like it cooler, stay on the second floor. First floor here is called bajo, the coliving begins on the second floor (or what they call first floor).

- No recycling bins. Now it's very common to have - glass-plastic-general separation in every coliving. It's very easy to solve!
